Shannon Calluori

Shannon worked for the City of Allentown as the director of the Bureau of Planning and Zoning, the operations manager of the Department of Community and Economic Development, and the interim executive director of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Allentown. In those roles, she worked closely with land development submission, community planning, zoning, code enforcement, building permits, uniform construction code inspections, and state and federal grants including CDBG. More recently, Shannon served as building code official for Barry Isett and Associates and vice president of operations at CodeMaster Inspection Services. In those roles she served as the local zoning officer for several municipalities. Shannon also has more than ten years of experience in emergency and public health preparedness. She supported local, regional, and state government entities to develop preparedness plans and respond to emergencies in southeastern Pennsylvania and statewide through the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Shannon received a Master of City Planning degree and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
