Sara Hailstone

Sara is an expert in community development, business development, and real estate development with over 20 years of experience. She previously served as the director of community and economic development for the cities of Allentown and Scranton. In Allentown, Sara oversaw five key city departments, supervised a professional staff of 92 people, and managed more than $3 million in CDBG funding each year. Sara previously served as the northeast regional manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development where she provided technical and strategic advice to 15 northeastern Pennsylvania counties. Sara is a results-driven professional with a track record of leading projects that exceed expectations and create tangible, sustainable impact. She has the ability to bring a project from conception to reality, coordinating all of the complex, interrelated steps along the way. Sara earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Marywood University.
